Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using Cortex ("the Platform", "Service"), provided by Elvee Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

Cortex provides App Store Optimization (ASO) intelligence, keyword tracking, competitor benchmarking, ranking analytics, and automated metadata generation for mobile applications across iOS App Store and Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature or service with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials, including two-factor authentication (2FA). • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your account. • Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account credentials.

Certain features of Cortex require a paid subscription. • Fees: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your plan selection. • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via certified third-party payment providers (Stripe / RevenueCat). • Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle end date. You may cancel at any time via your workspace settings. • Refunds: Unless required by applicable statutory consumer protection law, paid fees are non-refundable.

You agree to use Cortex solely for lawful business purposes. You shall not: • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the platform. • Access or query our APIs through unauthorized automated means, scrapers, or botnets outside designated rate limits. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, availability, or security of our infrastructure or networks. • Misrepresent affiliation with third-party brands, stores, or intellectual property owners.

• Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of your proprietary application assets, analytics, and business metadata. You grant Cortex a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service. • Platform IP: The Cortex software, algorithms, telemetry pipelines, UI designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Elvee Limited and its licensors.

Cortex aggregates publicly available and authorized API telemetry from app storefronts (including Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Developer Console). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We do not guarantee continuous availability or uptime of third-party store APIs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortex and Elvee Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or app store visibility, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cortex during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
